- Timely procurement of supplies and equipment for new collection units.
- Any other administrative responsibilities assigned by the Laboratory Manager.
- Assisting Manager in preparing training and development plan for Outreach Support Centre Staff
- Coordination of maintenance activities with support departments for upcountry Lab Collection Units.
- Verifying and controlling maintenance expenses of lab collection units
- Performance appraisal of staff of Laboratory Outreach Support Centre.
- Ensuring timely recruitment of replacement and new positions.
Qualification & Experience:
- Master in Business Administration
- At least 7 years of related experience including 3 years of supervisory experience at Management level.
