Job Responsibilities:

  • Timely procurement of supplies and equipment for new collection units.
  • Any other administrative responsibilities assigned by the Laboratory Manager.
  • Assisting Manager in preparing training and development plan for Outreach Support Centre Staff
  • Coordination of maintenance activities with support departments for upcountry Lab Collection Units.
  • Verifying and controlling maintenance expenses of lab collection units
  • Performance appraisal of staff of Laboratory Outreach Support Centre.
  • Ensuring timely recruitment of replacement and new positions.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Master in Business Administration
  • At least 7 years of related experience including 3 years of supervisory experience at Management level.
