As Growth Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a relationship with the Vendors and ensure growth and business optimization.
- Ensure MoM growth in GMV at both, Kitchens and Concepts with right sales and deals mix
- Identify opportunities to develop and improve solutions and strengthen the overall vendor experience and bring changes where necessary.
- Assist Operations team in performance measurement for fail rate, offline hours, delivery time and other key metrics, ensuring the vendors’ operations are fully optimized.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities. Recommend solutions across the complex range of products and processes.
- Manage and develop long-term relationships with key partners and be the liaison between the vendor and the internal stakeholders.
- Manage WoW order growth through regular vendor performance management
- Ensuring menus are fully optimized; DLP and DLD at 100% and vendor customizing offers are per the trade zone.
- Develop KPI dashboards, reports and presentations to set up monthly targets to achieve MoM business goals.
- High-growth operations or startup experience is strongly preferred
- Bias toward action and constant push for clarity and execution
- Proficient in MS Office, Tableau, Power BI
- Ability to reduce complex and complicated information into clear ideas
- Strong communication, presentation and organization skills
Qualification & Experience:
- 5+ years of working experience with a Bachelors/Masters degree
