Purpose

  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly revenue assurance reports.
  • Billing verification of targeted consumers on regular basis.
  • Timely resolution of IA reported issues.
  • Post implementation review of ABC executed feeders.
  • Supporting compliance central team in evaluating scorecard KPIs.
  • Evaluation of policies and procedures aimed to improve processes and compliance with applicable rules and regulations to mitigate potential risk exposure of the Distribution Business.

Area Of Responsibilities

Monthly & Quarterly Reporting (40%)

Preparation of monthly reports highlighting unbilled revenue.

Preparation of quarterly areas highlighting

Highlighting major irregularities and non-compliances with companies’ SOP

Target testing of IBCs billing (25%)

In depth billing verification of targeted consumers on cycle day (regular) basis.

Area of Responsibility Continued

Post Investment review (15%)

Analyzing system procedures and highlighting control weaknesses.

Suggesting ways to fix those weaknesses to minimize future risk.

Creation of new policies and suggesting changes in existing policies that are outdated/impractical.

Review of distribution performance scorecard (15%)

Critical review of numbers achieved against each KPI by IBCs and suggesting adjustments in scores based on the findings.

Process/policy review (5%)

Post implementation analysis on ABC executed feeders. Monitoring impact of investment.
