Job Responsibilities:

• The incumbent must have hands on experience of business configuration and making project documentation.
• Providing effective delivery of information technology solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• The Manager EBS is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of information technology solutions, which will ensure customer satisfaction and enable K-Electric’s business ambitions.
• Manage (recruit, lead, develop, succession planning and motivate) EBS HR team.
• Collaboration with the Project Management Office ensure that Project management methodology & best practices are applied.
• Making sure the technology solutions are delivered on scope, cost and time and that the expected business benefits are accrued in accordance with the business plan.
