- Resolve customer complaints raised through social media sites
- Develop digital advertising plan (e.g. target customers, means of communication, timelines).
- Contribute in redesigning of website inclusive of usability, design and content in light of DM strategy
- Coordinate with Digital Merchandisers and evaluates requirements of each concept and relevant digital marketing objectives
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Share the plan with regional teams
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM and direct content marketing targeted at online sales
