Job Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing customer experience based on customer reviews and feedback
  • Conduct market analysis and implement best practices
  • Perform root cause analysis of support level issues and roll out fixes
  • Ensure uptime of products from relevant units of Information Technology / App Support and Information Technology
  • Responsible for managing SLA with vendors and departments to speed up the TATs

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from a reputable university
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
