Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to implement Quality Assurance practices in all areas of the support center
  • Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting of Quality Assurance and Training of support centers
  • Directly supervise and monitor the performance of Quality Evaluators
  • Improve the overall accuracy of the support center
  • Conduct Quality Assurance of a sample of support center transactions
  • Improve the Employee Capability Index of the staff
  • Improve the Employee Engagement Index of the staff
  • Conduct training of support center and to ensure that training is aligned to overall business objectives
