Description
- Execute and manage volunteer programs like Rahbar and Summer Camp with a cohort of 3000+ volunteers annually across regions (North/Northwest)
- Ensure year-round recruitment of volunteers and interns across regions
- Provide back-office logistical support, develop content for programs and strategize them periodically to reinforce program deliverables
- Liaise with Operations Team and Regional teams for standardized and efficient program execution
- Manage Facebook, Instagram and other social media accounts
- Create and implement Marketing plan for volunteer programs on different platforms
- Plan Outreach and Orientation sessions for volunteer programs
- Conduct impact assessment annually to analyze program’s effectiveness and obtain volunteer/ student/ faculty feedback

Required Skills
- Result- oriented approach to work
- Proficiency in using MS Office and Canva
- Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional data management skills – should be able to handle voluminous data
- Team Management; must be a people’s person
- Good analytical ability and organizational skills
- Verbal & written communication skills (Urdu & English)
- Relationship management (Volunteers & Donors)
