Description


  • Execute and manage volunteer programs like Rahbar and Summer Camp with a cohort of 3000+ volunteers annually across regions (North/Northwest)
  • Ensure year-round recruitment of volunteers and interns across regions
  • Provide back-office logistical support, develop content for programs and strategize them periodically to reinforce program deliverables
  • Liaise with Operations Team and Regional teams for standardized and efficient program execution
  • Manage Facebook, Instagram and other social media accounts
  • Create and implement Marketing plan for volunteer programs on different platforms
  • Plan Outreach and Orientation sessions for volunteer programs
  • Conduct impact assessment annually to analyze program’s effectiveness and obtain volunteer/ student/ faculty feedback
  • Manage volunteers-related data for all programs



Required Skills


  • Result- oriented approach to work
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and Canva
  • Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional data management skills – should be able to handle voluminous data
  • Team Management; must be a people’s person
  • Good analytical ability and organizational skills
  • Verbal & written communication skills (Urdu & English)
  • Relationship management (Volunteers & Donors)
  • International exposure will be an added advantage


Education


Masters in Social Sciences, MBA



Experience



6-8 years
