Description
Work with Assessment team to monitor and evaluate the academic standard of Partnership schools by developing assessment tools and procedures, handling database & reports, and strategizing improvement plans.
- Develop all subjects’ specific assessment tools for students, teachers and principals.
- Monitor and evaluate the subject standard of Partnership Schools throughout the academic session.
- Assist in providing performance based analytical reports periodically and interpreting the evaluation outcome with relevant recommendations.

Provide support to sister units (M&E and Federal) when and where is needed.
Required Skills
- Strong subject knowledge.
- Proficient in Sindhi language (verbal and written)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Command in using computer (MS Office, Internet etc.)
- Strong observation skills
- Have a good knowledge of statistics and analysis of data
- Ability to work under stress.

Education
Masters preferably in Education or Social Science
Experience
At least 3+ years of teaching experience
