Position Summary

The Assistant Director Corporate Analytics & Pricing will be primarily responsible to oversee the pricing and commercial arrangements with different corporate clients along with drawing actionable insights from the business planning & reporting stream for Easypaisa B2B. The incumbent will develop the financial forecast, business targets and reporting and the relevant KPIs for all B2B channels. Additionally, also reviews the feasibility of new segments/markets as well as their potential growth opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement standardized pricing for different use cases for B2B products
  • Prepare business cases to undertake new product development by performing cost benefit analysis
  • Evaluate special pricing requests from the sales team for high potential clientele
  • Establish minimum margin threshold for partnerships across different use cases
  • Conduct post analysis of the portfolio to determine partner level profitability
  • Manage commercial arrangements and relationship for payment solutions for key/ international clients
  • Notify and report concerns that are critical to the achievement of departmental and organizational goals
  • Plan new avenues of partnerships by analyzing different segments based on market size, potential and strategic alignment with company ambitions
  • Coordinate with national sales team and provide support in client on-boarding
  • Use data analytical techniques to generate actionable insights that can help to serve the corporate segment
  • Undertake performance improvement through operational reviews combined with strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Put in place performance measures that will determine the effectiveness of implemented strategies and identify areas for strategic improvement.
  • Contribute to the identification of strategic initiatives or special projects for systems, processes, customer experience improvement and client onboarding
  • Perform similar duties as deemed fit for the proper execution of the role and other assignments as delegated by the Head of Corporate Planning & Solutions


  • Bachelors’ Degree ( Business Administration)/ Masters degree


  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience

Behavioral Skills & Competencies

  • Hands on experience and knowledge of financial solutions including strategic partnerships and value chain digitalization
  • High-level technical understanding of DFS processes and solutions
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience in pricing/ planning/ performance management
  • Prior experience in account/ relationship management
  • Highly Proficient in MS Office suite especially in MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Strong nerves & the ability to meet deadlines under pressure on a continuing basis
  • Innovative and issue resolver
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Good time management, analytical and report writing skills
