A rapidly-growing company on a mission to help customers with all their vehicle sales, maintenance, recall, and repair services, is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be in charge of identifying the technical debt and making recommendations to tackle them. The company has been able to successfully run a family-owned and operated automobile and recreational vehicle dealership. This will be a full-time role that can lead to long-term opportunities. It requires some overlap with the CST time zone.
Job Responsibilities:
- Tackle current issues, write test, and implement new features
- Examine the code and fix any bugs that have arisen
- Effectively collaborate with product teams and engineering professionals
- Optimize the platform for faster execution and solve scalability issues
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
- Expertise in Django/Python
- Knowledge of Postgres and GitHub is required
- Nice to have knowledge of front-end frameworks, AWS, and Docker
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented, strong communicator, and capable of multitasking
