Job Responsibilities:
- Take charge of driving application quality and best practices
- Audit existing B2C and B2B websites and make recommendations to improve site personalization
- Help improve the conversion rate optimization and general site efficiency
- Write clean and reusable code while applying best practices to problem-solving
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
- Prior experience with personalization products and advertising campaign management
- Prolific experience working with React, AEM, Google Ad Planner, and A/B Testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
