Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the team in the delivery of sprint commitments
- Build internal tools to help workflows
- Collaborate and communicate with employees and clients across various channels
- Work with the team to brainstorm ideas and perform sprint planning
- Quickly surface issues and any deviations from the plan to relevant stakeholders
- Work closely with product leaders and technical team to develop scalable solutions
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a data engineer
- Extensive experience working with data engineering, Kafka, and related technologies
- Ability to create data pipelines, infrastructure, cleaning, and processing datasets
- Fluent in spoken and written English communication
