The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and communicating the work of other junior engineers. The company collects and analyzes customer purchase and behavior data in order to create premium, international-first brands for the world’s fastest-growing e-commerce markets. Job Responsibilities:
- Handle essential application design, architecture, development, code review, and testing
- Define feature needs in collaboration with product management and the design team
- Deliver a product that has a significant impact on the business and improves the customer experience
- Manage and convey subordinates’ task duties
- Identify performance bottlenecks and devise creative solutions to them
- Create and deploy scalable web service APIs
- Create and maintain a variety of internal tools for managing forecasting, customer support, and marketing workflows
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 10+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
- Knowledge of React
- Ability to write testable, high performant, and maintainable code
- Excellent English communication skills
