The selected candidate will be responsible for collaborating with product teams and engineering professionals. Job Responsibilities:
- Building, optimizing, and maintaining the platform while focusing on performance and scalability
- Work closely with business and engineering teams to define, implement and support high-tech operations
- Plan timelines with scoping and work estimates
- Work on medium or large-scale projects independently
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
- Extensive experience or interest in working with DevOps
- Prolific experience working with AWS Services, API Gateway, and Lambdas
- Demonstrable experience with DocumentDB, CloudWatch, GraphQL, and NodeJS
- Nice to have some Amplify and AWS CDK experience
- Prior experience with Terraform and Gitlab CI on the DevOps side is desirable
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
