The engineer will be in charge of writing clear and easy-to-understand code with documentation. The company is on a mission to leverage the power of technology to build a better world. The company has managed to securely raise more than $70mn during their Series D round of funding. This position requires 4+ hours of overlap with the PST time zone.
Job Responsibilities:
- Augment the existing engineering team to increase the velocity of product development
- Communicate effort, progress, and results with the leadership and respective stakeholders
- Adapt to the company’s existing engineering processes as appropriate
- Optimize application for performance and scale
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
- Prolific experience working with React, TypeScript, and GraphQL
- Strong knowledge of Ruby, Elixir, and Ruby on Rails is preferred
- Fluent in conversational and written English
