Job Responsibilities:
- Own projects and oversee the development/execution of projects using cutting-edge technology
- Lead and guide the engineers, developers, and other team members
- Provide critical experience and suggestions for product roadmaps and system architecture
- Help give direction to company processes and introduce new technologies
- Keep abreast of new industry breakthroughs and implement them to streamline engineering efforts
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5-8+ years of relevant experience as a Full-Stack Engineer
- Expertise with Java, Python, and Ruby on Rails
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Ability to generate reports and consistently share findings with company leadership
- Excellent communication skills and English fluency
