Once selected, the engineer would be responsible for expounding the company vision through user-focused front-end-heavy features and overhauling the user flow. The company has successfully created a safe space for its users to produce content, contribute links, keep abreast with current trends, and connect with like-minded individuals. The company has effectively raised over $1 Billion through its series F round of funding.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overhaul the existing user flow and onboarding process
- Focus on front-end features to improve user interaction and experience
- Build scalable features with the capacity to educate users and capture information
- Collaborate with the team to curate a better user feed and suggested content relevance
- Conduct gamification user activity and incentivize them to take specific actions
- Drive mobile-focused products and product roadmaps
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 4+ years of relevant experience as an iOS Engineer
- Proficiency and experience with Swift, and iOS – Swift (at least 4 years)
- Demonstrable experience with new user onboarding activities
- Background of working at a large company
- Ability to understand market trends and build user-facing features
- Effective communication skills, good with English
