The Digital RM is a key role in the product and service distribution of our co-created customer journeys for our digital eco-system. The Digital RM uses digital channels and technology, including social communication channels to engage with and create lasting customer relationships digitally.
- Enhancement of the relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the customers
- Deepening the size of the relationship
- Acquisition of new Preferred customers
- Retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for these customers.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Communication Design or Business
- 3+ years of relevant skills and technical experience
