- Maintain a well-developed working knowledge of the complete line of products and services offered, taking responsibility to keep up to date and request assistance for further development needs.
- Maintain and deepen assigned existing customer accounts portfolio for liability and cross sell.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals set by management utilizing sales skills appropriate for the financial centre market segment. (i.e. cold calling versus calling campaigns to an already established customer base).
- Cross selling of all retail banking products and not just limited to promoting and facilitating in opening of liability accounts/consumer products.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelors or equivalent degree and relevant experience.
- Professional certification would be an added advantage.
- One to two years of experience in face to face customer selling preferably in Retail banking.
