IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE

Manage SME sales in assigned territory. The position holder will be responsible for personal targets as well as targets assigned to the team member(s). This position will also coordinate with Reseller Partners on an ongoing basis for operational support and monitoring.

HOW YOU CAN EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Ensure that monthly targets of team members are being achieved for sales, retention, and recurring revenue.
  • Approach high potential SME customers for Sale Closures. Add value for the customers by offering volume discounts through cross-selling & up-selling.
  • Ensure timely deposit of all payments by the team members and coordinate with Regional Finance for timely posting of payments.
  • Coordinate with SME Reseller partners for operational support, coaching and training needs.
  • Assist with reporting of all activities for the Zonal Area including customer visits, sales, retention, complaints, and incidents.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Competencies:

  • General understanding of Field Sales and Telecom Business.
  • Understanding of B2B Sales & SMEs.
  • Team Management
  • Sales Presentation

Reports to:

Sr. Manager
