Responsibilities:
1) Event Management/Employee Engagement/Motivational Activities/Vendor Management
2) Perform/support Regional Teams (Sales/Support) to develop, implement and administer reward and employee engagement programs nationwide.
3) Help in developing and implementing talent and culture strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
d) Assist in aligning & implementing Talent Management Processes with HR & T&D.
4) Help in developing and running Talent Review Processes in order to determine Organization’s talent maturity.
5) Help in the development of HR strategies for succession planning (i.e. retaining the best talent within the organization)
6) Do internal organizational research on a quarterly basis and find the loopholes that need improvement to maintain the Best Workplace Environment.
7) Help in developing Total reward solutions that enable an organization to attract, acquire and retain the best talent at Zameen
8) Streamline reward policies and practices in across countries and implement effective and efficient, as well as consistent reward programs.
9) Understand local market conditions of each city to ensure competitiveness with trends, practices & costs
10) Budgeting and planning of Staff Costs
11) Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to analyze the company’s competitive position
12) Perform various analyses like Pay Equity Analysis, Job Levelling and Internal/External Benchmarking, Functional benefits and Market comparisons. Develop a reporting framework for periodic reports.
13) Engage with Regional Heads, Country HR and functional teams as per need
14) Support employee wellness initiatives
15) Deliver ad-hoc project updates and analytical reports
Requirements:
01) Minimum 16 Years of Education (Masters’s Degree will be preferred)
02) A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an Excellence & Cultural Development lead or any similar role
03) Experience and exposure to local market dynamics
04) Experience within various operational streams of T&D, Finance and Human Resource function would be added advantage
05) Highly numerical and meticulous in detail
06) Advance level Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
07) Strong listening and communication skills (especially in multi-national / multi-cultural environments)
08) Demonstrate a great level of English proficiency (written/verbal)
09) Excellent research, analytical, problem solving and project management skills
10) Dynamic personality with a passion to learn and growth, a person who always welcomes change.
