Job Title: Sr. Manager Enterprise Solutions & A2P

Job Purpose:

  • This role involves planning of new products, vendor on-boarding on revenue share in alignment to GCSS revenue target.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing team of Product development in the domain of CBS/A2P, BVM, MBB (data pool /Managed Wifi solution), M2M, IOT, USSD based solution & Push to talk services.
  • Provide support to regional sales team in corporate sales such as induction of new customer with customized requirement or new product.
  • Ensure product optimization and launch of new products as main part of KPI.
  • Manage revenue portfolio by ensuring all SIDs monetization.
  • Escalation and resolution of routine issues of corporate sales which includes System & Processes related issues, operational issues, chorionic issues, 2nd Level escalation for timely resolution Standardization & Digital Products.
  • Preparing technical feasibility of the new Enterprise products ideas in M2M & IoT domain along with evaluating the viability of the idea.
  • Responsible for preparation of detailed technical design reports, concept papers and determination of associated CAPEX/OPEX.
  • Preparing responses of the RFPs received from Corporate Customers.
  • Coordinate with PD, IT & all stakeholders for product configurations & development.
  • Ensure information security compliance as per standards.
  • Ensure Lawful interception compliance of product with LEA/PTA.
  • Preparation of business cases for product pricing in coordination with segments and planning team.
  • Help function to create standardization across channel through policy & process compliance.
  • Liaising with all support departments to ensure timely support e.g. legal matters, investigations of franchise related issues and escalation of complaints to relevant departments.
  • Coordinate and communicate up to date information to sales teams and RESS team regarding new product and services

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):


  • Minimum of Bachelors of Science degree in Electronics/ Telecom or relevant domain. Masters Degree will be preferred.

Work Experience:

  • Candidate should hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant domain.
