To support Channel Development Team in Franchise Sales Operations, Reports, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Assist the Channel team in designing promos and verification of the authenticity of Data.
- Assist the Channel team in Regional targets management.
- BVS management and complaint management related to BVS and Sales Operations.
- Provide support to Channel on CRM-related complaints including passwords, token issuance etc.
- Identify and rectify errors in Reports and Data shared by Commercial and IT for commissions, promotions, and KPI calculation.
- Assist the channel team in Weekly/holidays credit issuance and collection reporting.
- Assist the Sales team in identifying gaps in the channel, Quality, and Distribution.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT/Computer Science /Commerce.
- Minimum 2 Years of Work Experience in a similar environment or position.
