To service & manage Sales & After Sales needs of Small Enterprises & SoHo (Small Office Home Office) segment of the Corporate Customers.
- Achievement of regional sales & service targets Ensures smooth customer handling and experience management.
- Responsible for Gross adds in existing base (upselling, cross-selling, referrals, and new VAS solutions sales)
- Responsible for Collection management (on-call) Minimum 20 calls per day (cold calls, servicing, cross-selling)
- Build relationships and proactively cross-sell and up-sell and a full range of Voice, Mobile Data, and ESS solutions to the client base.
- Retention & churn management (CLM, periodic calls)
Qualification & Experience:
- Preferably a Business Graduate.
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role or customer services role.
