Lead and manage new MFS digital and online payment products, services, solutions, partnerships, & campaigns with core focus to meet digital MFS Mobile wallet revenue, customer acquisition and engagement targets.
- Manage Partnerships in selected digital categories to bring value for MFS customers.
- Ensure proper training and communications of customers and concerned stakeholders for the new and existing digital MFS products.
- Manage customers and merchants complaints channel to ensure immediate and satisfactory settlement of complaints and feedback.
- Ensure to meet customer engagement KPI (such as MFS transactions via digital solutions/ retail/ QR / online platform / mobile wallets etc.)
- Launch new verticals, services that can increase Mobile Wallet uptake through digital space.
Launch new products/services/promotions/campaigns & platforms to meet MFS digital M-wallet and online payments revenue, customer acquisition and engagement targets.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Business.
- MBA degree will be preferred.
- Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience in Digital Services & Solutions.
- Experience in MFS digital solutions, market place and e-commerce solutions will be preferred.
